This hotel doesn't have a gym/fitness center but it has lots of common areas outside to sit and relax with firepits. The record room and bar with lounge room were great. Room was pretty basic but shower was good and beds were comfy.

This refurbished motel was a pleasant surprise! There’s a bar on the premises and outdoor seating for small groups. Bring a hair dryer and iron as they are not provided in the room. We’ll stay again!

This a retro hotel. If love history and nostalgia this is the place for you! It is a hidden gem! Everything is old that has been brought back to life, such a cool place. We loved the service of the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating! If you stay here, you have to try the lounge. The drinks were amazing. With family in the area and will stay again for sure.

This little piece of heaven down in the heart of Royal Oak is so much better than any large chain hotel we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail is top notch. The staff- amazing, friendly and really just OUTSTANDING! The grounds are impeccably clean, with little seating areas and firepits everywhere. I can not give this place enough starts! Will definitely being staying here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, tv and internet worked well, the bed was comfortable, and there was a small fridge. Couldn’t really get the water to get cold so had to get bottled water to drink, but otherwise everything was great. I would def stay here again.
