Staff was very nice. The rest was terrible. Not clean. Mold in the bathroom. From the window sils to the walls, it was dirty. The mini fridge constantly made strange and loud noises. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. Some eggo waffles in a bin to either warm by microwave or toaster. Cereal that looked off color and old. A little bit of OJ and a little bit of milk. Has a pool no hot tub. When I asked if we could have a late check out due to my mother being disabled, he said idk we don't do that. Luckily, they ended up accommodating us. Garbage was piled up in the back of the building. I'm talking bags upon bags. The outlets were so loose they wouldn't hold our chargers. I had to buy duct tape to keep my charger in the outlet. The worse part was at 9am someone was outside the windows of the hotel playing their music (which I'm a fan of base and music) but sounded like they had 20 12” subwoofers in their car and was literally shaking the entire building, rattling windows. That went on for at least a half hr. Ridiculous. Esp considering we were there for medical reasons. Unacceptable. If you are not familiar with the neighborhood, it's not good. Shooting 15 min away from the hotel. Will not be returning.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue is the pool area. The chlorine was so strong my eyes kept burning and watering. Couldn't open the windows to even air it out

I got one room it was dirty and stunk so I got another room and it was still dirty but not as bad. Staff very kind but they are not keeping up on the rooms as they should. My toilet was clogged for like 20 minutes and they didn’t even have a toilet plunger.

Meh. I would not stay here again. Pillows and towels were stained or not clean. It was very loud and the whole place was humid and smelled like chlorine. We were only staying one night after a wedding, so it got the job done. Check in staff was very nice.

This property clearly does a bunch of long term stays. It’s not the cleanest or nicest hotel you’ll ever stay in, but the staff is very friendly and it’s a great price in a good enough neighborhood if you have any business to do in the Detroit area. I would stay here again.

This hotel was clean. I had noisy neighbors because it was the holiday weekend so I didn't mind that too much. The free breakfast wasn't my taste...waffles and cereal. No coffee maker in the room. Microwave in the room didn't work. But I was there for a different purpose, so the room worked just fine for me.
