Adam the host is very welcoming. Amenities are considerate. Property is neat and very clean. Very easy access to a Great many things in the area. Extremely well situated. Tremendous Value. This is my 3rd time staying at one of Adam's properties in the area. Look forward to my next time visiting this area.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great to have a washer and dryer. Bathrooms clean, but dated, didn’t have toilet paper and not many towels and no tissues. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. Bathrooms very sparse. The body wash in the bathrooms kinda gross. If you rent this make sure you bring all your bathroom toiletries and slippers.

Quiet and clean, very comfortable

A nice place to stay, clean and quiet, priced well, and close to downtown. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
