Family wedding

Property manager was always communicating to help with the booking, check-in and during the stay. Easy to find, check-in and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable and the unit had some things (coffee filters, soap, etc) that made things easier after arriving late at night. No stairs was appreciated.

Michigan trip

Good clean place. Need to look at what you say is available vs what is such as there were no spare keys or instructions for the appliances. This did not cause a problem for us but could for future renters. Recommend adding parking info. We would recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

Clean Apartment

The check in process was not smooth. The keys did not work and neither did the digital code. The owner was able to get us in with a spare key. The apartment was clean and welcoming. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable as was the living room furniture. It was fine for a quick trip.

Pros: relatively new and clean. Quiet and safe area, ample parking. I was able to stay an extra hour, even though the checkout info said I had to be out by 10 sharp. Reponse within a few hours from the mgmt company. Cons: small things (towel bars, toilet paper holders) broken, shower leaked. Paint peeling in some rooms. Washing machine stopped working halfway through stay with a "clean hose" error. I reported it to the management company, who asked me what happened when I disconnected and cleaned the water tube out to fix the error. I was not about to disconnect and clean a rental's water tube on a washing machine. Lockbox didn't open on arrival at 2am but thank goodness someone had left the front door unlocked so we could get to our unit. Wifi kept cutting out, management asked me to do things to remove the routers from their old internet company. I also declined to fix this for them.
