Breakfast was made fresh and the location is within walking distance of nearly every stadium or arena in the area. Hosts were super nice and live on site and are ready to make your stay great. Will definitely look at staying here again. Be sure to ask about the history of the area and the original art!

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We talked about their history and what my husband and I were celebrating, our 15th anniversary and how we met. Talking with the sister/owners was like talking with family. Glad to have owners who know the history of the city of Detroit and it's neighborhoods. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying our beautiful accommodations. The breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful historic bed and breakfast. Friendly welcoming, met one of the sisters who own and run the bed and breakfast. Breakfast was awesome, Belgian waffles, eggs, potatoes and eggs. So many amenities. Highly recommend. Walking distance to Little Caesars arena, Ford field, Fox theater, Tiger's stadium. Many restaurants in walking distance, public transportation. Ample parking, will definitely be back, 5 stars.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that two sisters run the business. Upon arrival, we received a very friendly greeting and a tour of the bed-and-breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

The Cochrane Luxury House was stunning!
From a warm welcome into such a beautiful atmosphere, the sister's couldn't have made our stay any better! The breakfast they made was amazing as well. We will definitely come back to stay again, and we highly recommend staying here.

This place was beautiful! The kindness you're greeted with and the overall experience here was amazing. I went to the Brandy and Monica concert in Detroit and this was within walking distance very close. The conversation with the owners was amazing. These ladies have such a sweet soul and you will feel like part of the family when you stay there. I'm def going back

Rica and Cina were both wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, their recommendations for food as well as places to visit and ways to get around town were great. They were very polite and helpful and I would definitely stay with them again!

The sisters that operate their bed and breakfast. We're so hospitable and their property is beautiful, unlike any place we have ever stayed before. We stayed here for a Lions game, the location is perfect. You can see the stadium from the window. Great location, beautiful property and the most wonderful owners. They cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else if you are visiting Detroit, this bed and breakfast is five stars

Outstanding Place and owners! First Class
The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. I feel like this was the most personalized, hospitable place I can recall ever staying at. We plan to have more trips to the Detroit area- whether we go to another Tigers game, or downtown for fun and sightseeing and this will be our Go-To place to stay!
