「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, you could tell how much thought and care went into every little detail. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the fall and Halloween decorations were adorable. They were everywhere, even down to the festive doormats outside the cottage doors!
