「The hotel is dated. Beds are rock hard. An attempt is made to soften them with what felt like an additional mattress topper, but they are so worn down that it doesn't help at all. May as well have paid half the price for one of those sketchy run down motels. I don't expect 5 stars from a hotel in the middle of nowhere MO, but I expect more from this hotel chain. Everything needs a big refresh, otherwise lower the prices to reflect what's being provided.」
