“I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. To make matters worse my door would not latch. All you have to do was push it a little and it would open. When……

“The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where……

“I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”

“Do NOT believe any of the positive reviews you read about this “hotel.” They were not written by anyone who stayed there. They were either written by the owners or paid reviews. We unfortunately booked this late at night going home or I never would have stayed there. The smell as you walk in is overwhelming of curry and doesn’t get any better in the rooms. You can’t open the windows for relief. I slept with a shirt tied over my face all night. It was dirty with filth around the toilet, dusty old……
