「我们的入住时间是4点 但我们5点多才拿到钥匙 我们很累 我们不得不等很久 房间的窗户都是蚊子和灰尘 没有吹风机 没有厕纸 没有纸巾 没有洗涤用品 我们只住两天 所以我们忍了 洗澡的水超级小 感觉不好」

「Excellent location, next to a lovely park by the beach. Our room was spotless and we even had a little seating area outside our room. Lovely and quiet at night. Parking was the trickiest bit in terms of getting luggage to/from the car park (a 7-8 minute walk) but we'd only gone for a night so we were able to do it all in one go.」

「The building had the lock drilled off so the door was unlocked, we got in, the place stunk so badly we all felt sick. There was mouldy bedsheets, food left in the house and the condition was disgusting. Could not get hold of the host. We are utterly disappointed this property was still available to book, it looks abandoned and should never be available for bookings. I need a refund please. Thanks」

「We arrived on Thursday afternoon and the pool was closed. We only booked this Resort in order to have a pool for our young four-year-old. The pool was closed again the following morning when it reopened, it closed for lunch for two hours, and then when we were swimming, we were asked to get out of the pool as the relief lifeguard had not turned up. On Friday night there was supposed to be a kids disco but nobody turned up to do that either. The staff were amazing but the management was...

「Good apartment for 3, very clean and well maintained. Both the double and single were ensuite bedrooms. Linen and towels supplied. Coffee,tea, sugar, milk,water and pepper and salt all supplied. It saved us going shopping on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want in a good position for seafront and town and days out.」
