「This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」

「Beautiful house, fantastic views. All rooms spacious and bathrooms clean. Accommodation was perfect for my family celebration ages ranging from 3-82. All rooms sound proof and beds very comfortable. We had a great time enjoying the grounds, games room and both kitchens. The hot tub was an added bonus too. Left with great memories of my 60th. 」

The owner sent very clear instructions to find the house and how to use everything and was available to contact should we have needed anything. Would thoroughly recommend and hope we get to return one day.」

「Lovely house, beautiful views over Bigbury bay and burgh island. Would have been useful to be clearer about the extra costs for the hot tub - details are a bit buried and I only spotted it a week before we arrived.Had a wonderful holiday and we were lucky with the weather. Electrics kept dimming sometimes and the hall light wouldn’t turn off. We had a problem with a broken lock to the lounge door to the garden but that was all sorted quickly thank you. I would say that the bifold doors locks are...
