“Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Perfectly located between the ocean and bay with pretty views of both (mainly bay). Kitchen is wonderful and spacious and would probably be great to cook in, but we chose to eat out all week. Lighthouse restaurant on premises had a gorgeous bay/marina view and really great food. Rusty Rudder across the street had great live music, fabulous view and good bar food. Nalu just across Route 1 also had some great live music and decent food. Dewey……

“The house was amazing and Todd was a fantastic host. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to both Dewey and Rehoboth. What surprised us most was how well insulated the house was. Some of us stayed up later and the others had no issues with sound/noise. Todd was incredibly responsive as a host. Our propane ran out and he had a new one hooked up in minutes. Would absolutely rent this property again.”

“The maid device consisted of fresh towels and remaking our bed with used sheets. This was the promised '"every other day" service. The dust and smell of the Renovation is ongoing and set off my husband's allergies every time we left our room. The hotel does look better. Breakfast has improved since our last stay.
