「It was decent for the price, i only stayed one night.」

「Great 2 bed 2 bath unit. Kitchen had all the necessary items needed for a weekend stay. Beautiful outside area on the 7th floor to view the city.」

「Did not care for having to stand or walk through the cigarette smoke lobby or check-in desk. Would have preferred to be able to enter, conduct business and dine without having to encounter the cigarette smoke. Also the live band in the restaurant was extremely loud, hard to enjoy the music or hold a conversation when the music was loud enough to be playing in a stadium. The good, the staff was very friendly and I was please with my stay other than what was mentioned above. Thank you」

「They could use more pillows. Had a king size bed with 3 pillows and they were flat.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Coffeyville. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the excellent service — the manager was especially warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and work hard to make everyone feel comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.」

「They keep cleaning staff around through the night. I was in the room next to their cleaningroom so I could hear them all night long, bring earplugs.」

「We’ve been staying at this hotel for the last four years over the Memorial Day weekend and 2026 was likely the last time we will stay. There was a significant leak coming from the ceiling in the sitting/dining area just pass the lobby. The room had a stale cigarette smell that did not leave. The in room AC unit is stuck on Eco mode and was unable to cool down our room. Couch in the suite had stains on the couch cushions.」

「酒店处于一个偏僻的小镇，如果不是过去曾在此地打过工，我们不会再来此地住宿，房间里一股浓浓的的烟味和潮湿气息。更为恶劣的是居然写信来诬陷我们拿走了他们的啥毛巾。我们一般住小旅馆都自己带一条自己的浴巾，连用都不用旅店的，怎么会看得上那发硬的劣质的毛巾呢？该店人员在没有证据的情况下胡说八道，实在令人气愤！我们保留维护自己名誉的权利！」
