The owner was helpful when I had a few questions and has thought of everything someone might need. You will hear the family upstairs but only when you are up and getting ready. They were quiet during the night and mornings. Convenient location in a really cute area and the unit had so much space!!! We would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend.”

“Shockingly quiet for how close you are to other houses and downtown. Great neighborhood to walk around, awesome deli about 1.5 blocks away. Playground and small park about 1/2 block away. The best part was it felt safe for a single mom travelling with 2 kids. The space was larger than I thought it would be too. Small backyard would a great place to use if it was weed-eated and trimmed back, still a pretty area though. We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent too.”

“Plenty of room, liked that salt/ pepper / paper towel : dishwashing soap , sponge and coffee provided . Lots of space for 4 people . Comfortable blankets/ bedding and plenty of cookware to make a full meal. ”

It was quiet and in a great location close to restaurants and close to Eugene. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. There were plenty of soft and fluffy towels.……

“We were in town for a friend's wedding. This location was excellent for all the wedding activities. The house was clean and comfortable. Fenced back yard was great for letting the dog out late night or early morning. A school, park and Amazon trails were a few blocks away and was excellent for dog walking. We would stay here again.”
