Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, one with bohemian chic vibes and the other modern industrial. You will feel right at home cooking in our renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances or dine out at over 20 local restaurantsm in a buzzing restaurant distric. You can also enjoy the night out with live music at Beergarden, a taproom and food carts or Sam's Bond Garage, a music venue, all within a mile of the property. Sweet Life, one of the best bakery in town with great coffee is only 4 blocks away.

Everything about this place was clean and neat and very nice. My only issue was we only had 1 1/2 maybe, 2 minutes of hot water. Tried to give my 6-month-old granddaughter a bath and there wasn't even enough hot water to put her in there.. we had to warm up pots of water on the stove to get enough hot water in for a little tiny baby, so we didn't bother to shower the next morning. A bigger hot water heater would definitely be a plus!

Rental was convenient and matched our needs for a weekend UO campus visit for my daugther and I. Everything was within 10 minute drive. This is a duplex where there is an attached home, so you are sharing driveway and walls.

Cute place
Very cute place that’s easy to get to and easy to get into. My daughter now wants to furnish her room like one of the bedrooms. It’s connected to another house, so there was some noise and action above at least one of the bedrooms, but it wasn’t all night so it was fine. The place looks like a stand alone unit from the street so it took us a minute to figure out what the noise was. We would stay here again.
