「Excellent staff service all around. Resort design is beautiful and food is good. Great place for photos. The resort provides a free Han Fu photography session with a professional photographer. Some things that can be improved : - The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them. - The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected.」

「The breakfast is good with the combination of western and eastern choices. The subway is around 10-15 min walking distance, how I wish the hotel provides shuttle to the station. Overall it was a pleasant stay!」

「Convenient to major shopping area, easy reach to subway. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but noisy during daytime from stores at neighbouring streets but was quiet after 10 pm. Need to improve sound proofing from adjacent room too.」
