They looked after us as we were family members came for visit. All questions were answered with good English. Food was very nice and varieties were enough to keep us excited. Restaurant on the sight helped a lot for those nights we were running of steam and could not push ourself to go even 200 m to the streets to chose. Definitely will be recommending this places to my friends and hopefully will be back by ourselves. Miss Chengdu already"

"It’s a typical nice American hotel with comfortable bedding and bathroom. The shower is the best among those of hotels I have stayed in recent years. It’s very convenient to walk or take subway to the city center of Chunxi road and Taiguli. There are also tons of restaurants in various kinds of eateries surround the hotel area. Hotel services are top notch. Service personnel and the manager are very nice and helpful. I stored my luggage in the hotel on the day of checking out for the night flight. I used the bathroom on the lobby floor like I were in my hotel room to prepare for leaving. It was a wonderful experience in staying in the hotel. I would give it all 5 stars and surely recommend to friends and anyone else."
