The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Although some parts of the room felt a bit outdated, our overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.
