“We stayed here for 2 nights. The place is located not so far from the beech promenade and the old church. Good walking distance.
The reasoning for the bad rating is a combination of a not working ac. extremely hard bed. It’s actually ridiculous.. My mother slept on the couch both the nights.
It’s actually 2 airconditions, and the 2 remotes did not work. Only one of them had batteries. therefore it was cold at night with only 1 blanket. We requested a few more the next day and got 1 more. They……

“Can not recommend this apartment enough, great location.Very modern and clean, pool is excellent perfect for a family, couple etc never overcrowded.
Great views from windows and balcony. joe the host bent over backwards for us from the start and end of our holiday to make sure our stay was 100% he helped us when our children shut the door with key in and went out of his way to retrieve an item that was left behind after we had checked out.
He was always at the end of the phone and gave great……

“Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”

“Veldig fin og stor studioleilighet i øverste etasje med delvis havutsikt. Beliggenhet tett ved Green Bay i et område som ikke er så "turistet" som Protaras og Agia Napa. Gode restauranter og supermarked rett i nærheten. Verten Nicolas er ualmindelig vennlig og hjelpsom med alt og svarer kjapt på henvendelser.”

“Apartment 1 was more than we could have hoped for. It was an easy check in and once we arrived the apartment was equipped with every amenity that you could need, like a home away from home. There are beach towels and a cool box for trips out. Each room is ensuite, with a kitchen/dinning/living room. The balcony is huge with a hot tub, sun loungers, bar area, seating area and table tennis. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back ”

“Ich brauchte wieder sehr kurzfristig eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit und die Abwicklung über FeWo war super cool. Christoph hat zudem für mich eingekauft und alles so vorbereitet, dass ich trotz später Anreise am nächsten Morgen frühstücken konnte.
Die Apartments von Christoph sind super angebunden, da ich vom Flughafen gerade mal 12 Minuten gebraucht habe. Der Strand KITI BEACH PARASOLIA (übrigens mit einem gezapften Erdinger Weissbier!!! Ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto von den Apartments……
