「This property is an not a hotel. The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. 「A wonderful Villa. All you need for a two week stay. The communal pool was gorgeous- infinity part over looking the sea. The area felt safe, parking was good. You do need a car to go anywhere and we couldn’t find a taxi service. The area is great as can visit many beaches and towns. Diamante was our favourite. Thank you」

「The beautiful view and space was luxurious! The host was always available and helpful. The fresh fruits and vegetables shared with us by the land manager were delicious!!! And pool was clean and well kept. The mattresses and pillows are very old and uncomfortable and very much need to be updated. Some of the full size beds were actually two cots put together. This was disappointing. Not enough blankets and towels were provided.」
