“This cozy cabin was more than we expected...They thought of everything you ever would need (although we brought coffee things like that) they all ready had it all, spices Lysol everything... Cozy cabin is very quiet, peaceful overall a very relaxing place. Feels just like home.. we will definitely be back..”

“Had a wonderfully peaceful time. The property is absolutely gorgeous! The hunting cabin is quaint,clean and cozy. The only issue I had was that the bed needs to be replaced. I slept in a large divet. Larry, who owns the property was a delight and would definitely love to come back.”

“Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there. Both were beautiful and had all the necessities we needed, however we LOVED the cabin as it had a little more privacy. There was a buffet dinner in the restaurant on Saturday and live band under the Pavillion which was so nice! Plenty of hiking trails and ATV trails for riders. Every cabin/ yurt has a hot tub /jacuzzi on……

“The property was clean and surprisingly roomy for an upstairs apartment. Tristan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. It was helpful to be close to downtown and Marshall University. The barbershop is on the first floor, but we didn't have any issues with noise. Thanks for a nice stay!”

“We stayed for a weekend at Brennan’s air bnb and it was so gorgeous! Everything was super clean and it smelled amazing inside. We were so surprised about all the little helpful things throughout the house that most hosts don’t think about like feminine products, extra extra blankets, tooth brushes, soaps, and so much more! Brennan was a wonderful host and we had the best time.”

“We got a group of friends together for a weekend away and this property could not have been more perfect. My only advice to anyone staying; the water is hard. Pack plenty of water bottles if you’re not used to that kind of thing!”

“There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.”

“We were there for a concert in ashland kentucky. The hotel was clean, staff was amazing. Cute area around it but short distances away were not as nice. Did not feel unsafe at all but just be aware of wandering too far off property. ”

“Outside & Lobby looked great. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were rough. Had a couple rooms and spoke to other guests. Several toilets wiggle on floor, HVAC thermostats didn’t work and controls on units would not stay where set. Would set at 60 because rooms were hot and unit would switch to 65 in a min. Walls need painted, carpet had stains, stink bugs in folded towels etc. Only had one elevator which was created a lot of waiting. One ice machine on ground floor. It just wasn’t as nice as most……
