Wohnung mit großem Balkon und tollem Ausblick

Wohnung im 1. Stock eines Appartmenthauses ohne Aufzug mit Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz fürs Auto und einem großen "Rund-um Balkon" an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Allerdings war Mitte Oktober nur morgens und am späten Nachmittag viel Verkehr. Die Küche war zwar gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren die Schränke schmutzig und voll mit Lebensmitteln und Ungeziefer. Der Backofen war leider defekt und die Spülmaschine benötigte vor der ersten Benutzung eine gründliche Reinigung. Die Kleiderschränke und Kommoden waren mit vielerlei Kleidung,Wäsche und anderen privaten Utensilien vollgestopft. Die Duschkabine ist sehr klein, eng und zweckmäßig.
