Schöne Tage in Serrata

Wir wurden schon am Friedhofsparkplatz von der Vermieterin Mara erwartet, die uns auf sehr freundliche Art und Weise Ihr Haus und Garten zeigte. Man muss ca. 300 m Fußweg gehen, bekommt aber ein Transportwägelchen von Marta. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem beschaulichen Bergdorf mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten mit der Freisitzfläche ist sehr schön angelegt. Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns fünf völlig ausreichend. Einziges Manko, dass es keine Spülmaschine gab und wir immer selbst abspülen müssten. Ansonsten ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage genossen. Waren aber meist nur abends da, weil wir tagsüber Ausflüge gemacht haben oder am Meer waren. Der Ort am Meer Dorina Marino ist sehr beschaulich mit einer netten Fußgängerzone und einer kleinen Strandpromenade.

Absolut traumhaft!

Wir waren im Juni/Juli 2022 für 2 Wochen in der wunderschönen 'Casa Mara'. Besonders traumhaft war der Blick von der Terrasse im großen Garten auf das Meer, auf Diano Marina und das nahe Bergdorf Diano Castello. Die ganze Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und hat viel zu bieten! Man hat sehr viel Ruhe. Die An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert, und sowohl die Vermieterin als auch die zuständige Agentur vor Ort sehr freundlich. 1.000 Dank, lieber Mauro, für alle hilfreichen Tipps und für das schnelle Kümmernbei allen Belangen. Wir können nur Gutes berichten. (-: Für gehbehinderte Personen könnten die rund 400 Meter vom Parkplatz zum Haus allerdings zu beschwerlich sein. Man kann ja nicht direkt am Haus parken. Für uns war es kein Problem. Als Verbesserungsvorschläge: Bessere Töpfe in der Küche und Reinigungsmittel für das Bad. Ansonsten alles top!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Herbst, und wir haben das Haus und die tolle Terrasse sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Imperia und viele kleine Dörfer als Ausflugsziel sind gut zu erreichen.

Ottima soluzione per chi vuole rigenerarsi :)

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bellissima dimora circondata dagli ulivi e una splendida vista sul mare e Diano Castello. Casa pulita e ben accessoriata, sia gli spazi interni che esterni sono curati nel minimo dettaglio e dotati di ogni confort. Ottima l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e le dritte per gli acquisti della Sig.ra Mara. Un'esperienza che riproveremo con piacere :)

Sehr schöner Italien-Urlaub!

Dieses sehr schöne alte Häuschen liegt in Serreta, etwa 3 km von Diano Marina entfernt in den Bergen. Die letzten 400m zum Haus muss man laufen, weil die Straßen dort oben immer schmaler werden und man nur noch mit einem Motorroller oder einer Ape durchkommt. Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung umfasste alles Notwendige. Jedes der 2 Kinder hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Sehr schöne, mit viel Liebe gestaltete Sonnenterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer - wunderschön! Kommunikation mit Mauro und Mara war einwandfrei, alles prima! Wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen. Ganz kleines Manko: Das Bad könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Das war es aber auch schon mit der Kritik. Preis ist angemessen, Lage super. Danke an Mauro und Mara!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Mara, qui est vraiment située dans un village magnifique et authentique tout près de la mer. La vue du jardin est aussi très appréciable! L'arrivée jusqu' à la maison est pleine de charme, on s'y sent bien! Mara est accueillante et très réactive si besoin. On reviendra avec plaisir!
