The house accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 4 full bathrooms. Each room is designed for rest and comfort, with natural ventilation and a serene atmosphere.

The heart of the house is its private pool, surrounded by sun loungers, hammocks, and outdoor relaxation areas. The ideal place to spend the day under the Caribbean sun and share unforgettable moments.

Enjoy a pool, sun loungers, and the ocean breeze — all designed for your total comfort at the beach (shared condominium amenities). Although the house does not yet have a BBQ (coming soon), you can use the communal barbecue areas, fully equipped and surrounded by nature, perfect for outdoor meals and spending quality time with your group.

👨 During your stay, you will have the discreet and efficient support of a butler included in your reservation, in charge of ensuring the proper functioning and harmony of the property. His tasks include daily care of the gardens, pool maintenance, and waste collection, always keeping every space impeccable and ready for your enjoyment.
👩🍳 To guarantee attentive service and peace of mind, your reservation includes a housekeeper. She will visit daily for 2–3 hours to ensure a personalized touch and a spotless environment throughout your stay.
🏖️ To ensure a worry-free stay from the very beginning, if your reservation is for at least three (3) nights, the beach club entry fee (COP $45,000 per person, approx. USD $12) will be included for all guests. Children under 7 do not pay. This fee grants access to the condominium’s common areas and ensures an exclusive beachfront experience.
🧺 For groups larger than six (6), it is necessary to hire additional staff (COP $100,000 / USD $25 per day) to ensure top-quality service. This additional person would cook exclusively for you and your guests. If you’d like a specialized chef, we can also arrange this at an additional cost.

Guest access:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will have exclusive use of the entire property and access to the condominium’s common areas for you and your registered guests.
The property has direct access from Troncal Caribe (National Route 90) and is strategically located to explore the region’s natural treasures: the Palomino River, Tayrona National Park, and the Sierra Nevada mountains of Santa Marta.
