「We really enjoyed our stay here in Franklin & staying within this charming house. The location to restaurants & the town square was ideal. Communication with the property managers were extremely timely & supportive. We would definitely stay here again!! A couple of insignificant, but common convivences that can be improved for the next guests are working blow dryers & shampoo in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was outstanding. 「Beautiful home. Woke up to see cows grazing across the street. Rural so you do need a vehicle.Quiet and peaceful. It was 5 mins away from the wedding venue we were attending. Leah was very responsive to a non property related issue we had during our stay. I would recommend 100%. Great town for shopping and yard sales!」

「Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My family loved everything about this property. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and featured a comfortable king bed for a good night of slumber. The kitchen was well equipped and so pleasant to work in and sit at the bar to eat and visit. Our favorite was the sunroom and the ping pong! Location was perfect for our family close to grocery store, and Franklin shopping. Heather and Josh were great hosts both available and responsive! So thankful for...

「Loved staying here and management was very responsive! Apartment was clean and spacious with beautiful city views. The building itself and the outside areas could use some cleaning/maintenace/upkeep (there were a lot of spiders’ webs and siding of building was dirty). Overall, I would stay here again as the inside was neat and welcoming and management was responsive and helpful. 」
