"We had a great time. We loved the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the creek. One suggestion I would have. We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather."

House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)"

"This is a wonderful property and exactly what we wanted. Not far from conveniences (15 minutes) and larger city if we wanted to visit Nashville (30 minutes) but such a peaceful and restful place to visit. Fox and Locke is a great restaurant within a couple of miles so easy to grab something. The main house is great for two people or small children on the sofa bed. The second space is great if you have two couples or some older children to have their own space. It was beautiful!"

"The house and property was very very nice. Clean an plenty of room. Hot tub is nice but owner will charge u for them to drain an clean the hot tub an im sorry i shouldnt be charged for something that should be deep cleaned after every guest. Sanitary reaaons. An the owner didnt leave any instructions on how to drain or clean it. Said instructions were on fridge but there wasnt."

"It's remote--25 min from downtown Franklin-- but accessible. Def go to the red Byrd coffee place in Leipers Fork. Fireplace is not reliable. But the house is great for 2-3 couples plus up to 6 kids, or more. The kids loved the yard. Lots of games available. Good kitchen."

"It was that time of the year when the ladybugs invade! They were kinda cute to have around. Visited Carter House, Carnton and Winstead Hill. Great tour guides at the houses. Notes from Leipers Fork book had a chapter that coincided with The Offer series about The Godfather that we happened to be watching in the evenings while we were there. Sunk down and Slept like a log in the master bed. Appreciated all the kitchen amenities. Some kind of lighting on edge of drive as it curves would help...

"This is our 2nd stay with Jerry and we enjoyed ourselves just as much as I remember. Canoed the creek, barbecued for supper, hiked the trails and roasted hotdog & marshmallow around the fire while catching up with old friends."
