“The issue was the noise in the next room. I mentioned it twice early in the day/ evening. We were awaked 2-3 more times at 2:30 am. I told the front desk in the morning. She focused on telling me what I should have done instead of apologizing. there were beer cans beside the elevator and fries on the floor by the room. We will not stay again!”
