Our stay at the inn was fantastic! The room was amazing—a pleasant surprise when we walked in. It had a charming rustic decor that made it feel cozy and inviting, and it smelled wonderfully fresh. There were plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

An oasis slightly off the beaten path and a change from sterile (and more expensive) chain hotels. Quaint, comfortable. And in a small town and if you pick the right day you can go to an old-fashioned drive-in or just go to Pete's Place. Living the life in a vintage motel!

This was a fantastic stay for us. We had the queen suite and absolutely loved it! It was comfortable, cozy, definitely had bed and breakfast level of comfort. We got a basket of snacks, which was a huge plus since we were starving after a day of hiking. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I love that it's a family owned place rather than a big chain. We are already planning out next trip to the area and will definitely stay again!

This place is unbelievably clean, comfortable, and unique. The rooms are spotless and decorated very nicely. Feels like home. The lady that runs the place is so nice and makes sure you’re taken care of. Customer care is something you just don’t find anymore…. But this place does it right and makes you feel like family… not a bother.

I had made a mistake booking this room. Was in a completely different town I needed to be in…59 miles away. I went ahead and drove and so glad I did. The owner was so sweet. She upgraded my room for the hassle of me having to drive back and forth 2 days. The room was adorable and the bed was fantastically comfortable. The sheets and blankets smelt so good. I will stay again on my next work trip.

You can tell they put a lot of effort into decorating the room. Made you feel like you were home, rather than a hotel room. A spacious bathroom, with normal, non-hotel towels and a real bath mat. The complimentary water bottles in the fridge and candy was a nice touch after a long drive.

Small town Motel, which was what I needed

This place is a typical small town motel. The room is kind of what you would expect clean quiet and fairly comfortable. The staff is pleasant. The area is nice and I felt very safe. This is the second time that I have stayed here And would stay here again. Small town Pleasant and recommend for an easy place to stay previous review from someone certainly did not fit this motel.

Small space appointed with decorations from hobby lobby. It was a welcomed bc so much cleaners than previous motel (are taking blue highways across the US). I recommend this space. There’s just not much room for personal belongings. Very nice attendant.

Traveling across southern Kansas we were not expecting grand and fancy. This was like a little oasis though. The property owners were very friendly and helpful and they offer extra services like some laundry and food. The building was older, but everything was in working order and they obviously did a lot of work decorating and providing amenities. Because this is a very small town surrounded by very small towns there was not much to choose from in terms of restaurants. But the owners offer some limited food at quite reasonable prices that you can heat up in the microwave in the room. I'll stay with them anytime I'm passing through.

Family trip

The room was cozy. The beds were comfortable. I wasn’t expecting a five star resort. The main complaint I have is the shower layout. The head of the shower was really low and it was really hard to get up underneath it and the placement of the showerhead is very awkward. It’s also very dark in the shower so it’s hard to see what you’re doing in there, there was a light That was motion censored that kept going out. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would stay there again. There’s not many options in that area, but it was a nice day and they let me have my dog and no complaints there. I will definitely be back.
