Very quiet, very clean, excellent service. East walk to all major sites as well as shopping. Bar on premises is a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink after a long day.

Lovely hotel in a great area, very walkable to everything in town and tons of great restaurants to choose from. Rooms were very comfortable, very quiet and very clean.

Great stay
We had a lovely time there. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. The room is clean and comfortable. Location wise, it is good and very convenient. Just round the corner from the busy streets.

Nice hotel near the center of Dijon. Our family stayed one night, using 4 hotel rooms. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check-in early. They were very helpful with luggage and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast room was well organized and the food was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Zimmer (Privilege und Superior) - absolut stylisch, schöne Einrichtung, super bequeme Betten...Für uns eins der schönsten Hotelzimmer, in denen wir bisher waren :-) Den Wellnessbereich haben wir gesehen, aber aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht genutzt - next time ! Das,Hotel hat eine top Lage, super Service (Parkservice). Wir können das Chapeau Rouge absolut empfehlen ☆☆☆☆☆ Merci bien☆☆☆☆☆

The parking was limited but nearby. The staff was excellent and one of the best out of all hotels I have visited in Europe. The location is great and convenient and walkable. I would quickly and easily choose this hotel to stay in if I were to visit Dijon again.

Gute Lage, nahe an Fussgängerzone, ruhig (unser Zimmer), sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer eher klein, winziges WC in dem man kaum absitzen kann, Badezimmer sonst ok. Das Restaurant mit seinen zwei Michelin-Sternen war für uns eher enttäuschend, aber auch da sehr nettes Personal.

Highly recommended
This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were laid out very efficiently. The staff provided superior service. The location was excellent and close to the old part of the city, restaurants, and shopping.

Lovely decor and staff were wonderful but room extremely small and separate loo room without a sink which made it odd. Also needs some safety features in the bath/shower and better towels

Hôtel idéalement placé accueil très souriant pas de bruit c’est parfait pour la grasse matinée ! Le linge de toilette mériterait d’être changé et l’hôte est pingre sur les produits à disposition… pour un 4 étoiles c’est moyen! Petit déjeuner copieux et servi 😄

Zeer mooi stadshotel in het oude stadscentrum gelegen,ideaal om Dijon te bezoeken,wij zijn hier terecht gekomen als tussenstop om naar huis te gaan van de Côte d’Azur,was een verrassend leuke tussenstop met vele shopping in de buurt die volledig verkeersvrij is,wij komen nog terug,enig minpunt was dat de chauffeur van de valetparking mijn velg van auto heeft beschadigd tegen de borduur,

Accueil par une jeune réceptionniste nous faisant une remarque irrespectueuse concernant Le Check In. Pas d’informations sur les contenus et le déroulement du petit déjeuner. Ambiance pesante pendant un séjour de 2 jours. Pour couronner le tout : pas d’eau le dernier jour : Et aucun mot d’excuse du personnel Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter des hôtels de qualité et ne sommes pas très exigeants Mais force est de constater que cet hôtel n’est pas du tout à la hauteur : nous n’y retournerons jamais alors que je me rends tous les mois à Dijon. Expérience à oublier. Et j’attends toujours la facture qui devait m’être envoyée par mail dans la journée
