De belles chambres propres. Toutefois pas de sourire du personnel, accueil très froid. Chambre trop chaude sans clim. Ensuite erreur sur erreur, on commande un petit deg pour madame mais on en emmène deux avec pas mal de choses manquantes, par contre au Check out on nous compte deux petits deg par nuit ! Bref des petits détails mais pour un mercure on a connu mieux ! Cordialement

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the old city center. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast offered a great selection of food. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to use the outdoor pool due to the rain.

Un grand hôtel où l'on se sent bien grâce à son aménagement en petites zones cosy. La décoration est très tendance. Le plus : l'auditorium de Dijon est juste en face, parfait pour aller à l'opéra.

The hotel, location and area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful city of Dijon. The restaurant is good too. But why save a few cents and put paper cups instead of glasses in the room? Or have elevators out of order? You can do better.
