  • Escape to the mountains in this beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-level condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. Ideally located just steps from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater, this inviting retreat offers the perfect balance of lakeside relaxation and year-round adventure. Enjoy mountain and lake views from your private patio, easy access to concerts, dining, and recreation, plus convenient proximity to several world-class ski resorts.

    Primary Bedroom: King bed
    Living Room: Queen Murphy bed

    Living Area:
    The inviting living area features comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. A queen Murphy bed provides additional sleeping accommodations for guests. Step outside to the private patio, accessible from the main living space, where you can relax with outdoor seating and take in views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon.

    Kitchen and Dining:
    The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area features seating for 6 and is positioned in front of large picture windows, creating the perfect setting to enjoy meals with scenic views.

The pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the following 3–4 months. The project is tentatively scheduled for completion by August 1, 2026.

Great location. Close to the marina and across the street from the amphitheater. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed listening to the music at the amphitheater. The shower would be a little funky if sharing the place with another couple.

Location!

The stay was great. We usually stay in frisco bit because of going to 2 concerts at the dillon amphitheater we wanted to try Dillon. The location for this property is perfect for concerts. We will definately be staying in the future when we fine more concerts we want to come to.

Beautiful Views

We found the condo a pleasant spot. We were within a short distance to family members we visited. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the concerts at Dillon amphitheater from our patio. 1st floor with no steps made it very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

5 slopes in easy reach

Excellent location In Dillon. We’re skied Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. Beaver Creek and Copper Mountain also close by. Kitchen was great, though could use an oven mitt. Bedroom comfortable but a bit bright as security lights just outside. We still slept well. Nice layout and hot tub & heated pool close by.

Couldn’t beat that we were right on Lake Dillon with beautiful views. Had a problem with a busted pipe that leaked into the condo from the outside but management was there to clean up pronto. Would stay there again

An Excellent Stay

We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. The condo is located in the center of Dillon on the first floor with convenient parking. It’s easy walking distance to the amphitheater, the marina and restaurant.

OMG, the view from there is absolutely amazing. I could have sat on that outdoor patio for days!. The kitchen was big enough and well equipped. Plenty of space never felt cramped. Walking distance to trails and a couple of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again

Anniversary Weekend in Dillon

We enjoyed the view of Lake Dillon and the mountains from the Condo. The proximity to Dillon Dam Rd. (to launch our kayaks) and to hiking trails were a real plus for us. Kitchen appliances were updated as was the bathroom. Furnishings were a bit worn. All in all we had a nice anniversary weekend.

Excellent location, well-appointed modern kitchen; updated bathroom remodel; spacious for 2 people. Furnishings are a bit worn. Radiant baseboard heating good except in kitchen.
