"I’m in a women’s friends group 65-82 years old. We stayed in adjoining rooms on the 12th floor. They were nice, but so far away from the elevators. Next time I’ll ask for close to elevators. There was a tornado alert at 12am that told us to go to the hallway. It broadcast for an hour & we were the only ones to come out-possibly only ones on the floor. The TV didn’t work. Called for service & she was there in a few minutes. She knew exactly the problem. It was unplugged! She was very nice & we laughed. Everyone was extremely nice!"
