We propose to you to the rent, in Dinan, this charming house, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fiber optic), sofa, armchairs and a dining area. The stove is decorative.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and an adjoining shower room.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: a single bed.
- Separate toilet.
In the basement:
- A cellar.
- A laundry room.
- An office.

For even more comfort : washing machine, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 2,000 m², facing South and East and enjoying a view on the Rance valley.
- Two terraces, one facing South and the second facing East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony adjoining the master bedroom.

The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in the middle of nature with a wide view over the Rance valley. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
