"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was surprised that there was no minibar, the light switches are confusing and there was no table on which to eat our room service. The room service food was average and cold. Our door did not lock properly and the outside noise is very disturbing. ..."

Only complaint was that we found out we were near where the pub drops its recycling when we were woken up by the sound of glass being placed in the recycling bin at 6am.
