“Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked.
