“Nice guy at the desk when I checked in. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy, although I never understand why hotels don’t give more than one flimsy blanket. There was a little cube sized fridge and microwave in the room. Room was nicely updated. A huge upgrade compared to the Rodeway that someone else had booked for me last week (yikes). Breakfast was basic, and if you have food allergies it’s probably not for you. I couldn’t eat anything there. Three white bread choices for the toaster (bread,……

“One of the cleanest motel I have ever stayed, can smell bleach from every towel. Although there is not much choice for food on that small town, a subway 3 min walk away is good enough for the trip.”

“The unit was clean, large, and well appointed. We were able to cook, relax in the comfy chairs and sleep well after our days spent in Moab. Communication with the owner was easy and we had no issues at all during our stay. Thanks for the added Easter decorations.”

“This was a great stay, the camper and property were exactly as described. The roads surrounding the property are dirt, and can be pretty rutted in some places. I made it in my 2WD rental, but use caution! Wound up having a bonfire with the owner and other guests on property. Very memorable :)”

“This property is centrally located to operate as a "Base Camp" for exploring the Southeast Utah area. You can access places as far North as Moab, UT and as far South as New Mexico and Arizona. Traveling West you can access multiple interesting sites just off of Hwy 95. We also traveled East into Colorado to view several interesting Native American ruins which are abundant throughout this whole area. There is also a grocery store a couple of blocks from this property and several restaurants in……

“Small little house located off the beaten path. My wife and I stayed there for one night. It is as the description says. An older home. Very rustic. The host is very nice and helpful. Really only sleeps 2 comfortably.”
