The staff consistently went above and beyond—from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. "Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball.
