“We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.”

“This hotel is in obvious decline. I'd give it a poor review, but I had a good nights sleep, so it was comfortable enough and a budget property. It also was one block away from my worksite.”

“From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!”

“The couch had disgusting stains and looked very dirty. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a very annoying noise. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy—it sounded like there was an animal inside it. The pool water didn't look clean either. I don't think it had been properly cleaned. The front desk did not make me feel welcomed. Did not give me any information about breakfast nothing no wi fi information.”

“It is very convenient to eat and shopping around, but the room is very old, the bed and furniture are old, and the room smells bad, and the Wi-Fi is not good.”

“The rooms are clean and recently renovated. There is no elevator or hot tub. The pool is ok and the sauna is way too small. The lake side of the property needs worked on desperately. One of the online descriptions mentioned a spa but there is no spa. The pillows were terrible but the beds were comfortable. The place was quiet but there were not too many guests when we were there. The rooms were clean. Breakfast area was too small and while the food was good, the choices of food were very……

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host.”

“Nothing was unique about the property, but its consistency always meets our expectations for brief travel layovers. Staff was very good and appreciate the opportunity for breakfast on site.”

“Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.”

“We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. That evening when we arrived back to the room the bedding had been changed and the room had a fresher smell. The breakfast is not much to……

“A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit……

“I liked staying at the Hilton. On our trip, the tv wasn't working and was a big deal for this particular trip. The front desk employee was supposed to come up and look, but forgot. To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. We also saw the same employee from that 530pm call and still on shift when we checked out at 12 the next day. I will say that……
