“We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the photos. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Santo Domingo, and the pool view was beautiful. Communication with the host was slightly delayed at the beginning when we had a few questions, but they responded well afterward and quickly corrected a minor issue with needing additional towels in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!”

“Something very very strange is happening at this property. Go look at another guest’s review on bookingdotcom. I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. We were told now they’re in trouble with……
