"Was given a room not anything like the picture. Stayed I of 6 nights and left for a different hotel. If it was just a one night stay over it would have been fine, but not good for a week."

He was very accommodating and gave me access to the balcony to use. It is Expedia that gets the 1-star testing because of the way you handled things with me.
