"I felt comfortable, despite initial problem with my reservation through Expedia (which took 3 calls to resolve), and some construction noise. I stayed 4 nights in the 6bed dorm room. I miss the hostel dog Amazon, the most. It's a very basic hostel but staff/volunteers/owner/guests were very nice. "When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. We reached out to Expedia via chat and they said they could not refund our full stay because the date of the first night of the stay was less than 24 hours away. "The property is in a very unsafe area. It’s actually in the hood. The cabin a very small room, not one bedroom as advertised. There is a public pool and BBQ grill for the whole property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures showing a private pool right behind the cabin. I only rated this property more than a 1 only because of the owner William who is a very kind man and apologized for the misrepresentation of the property… Other than that, that property is a 1 or lower and I barely post a review, but...
