"The property was advertised as premium property great part of town. But when we arrived we noticed security bars all over the windows and doors and my partner felt very uncomfortable staying there. We immediately told the property manager that we didn't even want to stay one night but was convinced to stay one night but my partner was so uncomfortable that she went to bed fully dressed and couldn;t sleep at all that night. "Spent 4 weeks in the house. Relatively quiet street at the periphery of ciudad colonial but still in convenient walking distance to pretty much all of ciudad colonial. Listing had no fotos of bedrooms but property manager described in a text message. The smaller bedroom does not have AC which could be a limitation if both bedrooms are needed. The house had a few technical problems with water and electricity although this maybe more an issue of the section of the city rather than the house...
