“Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property rooms were not as per standard or what was presented on the website
The rooms were not clean or maintained
The property upkeep is not as per 5 star standard
The towels and pillows were very dirty and were not in a state where they could be used; they had stains and even after asking for replacement were provided with stained towels (we ended up having to purchase towels from a local store)
