Really lovely property. Bit of a walk into Cabourg, but a beautiful one so wasn’t a problem. Really easy and quick check in, and hosts just let us get on with things without bothering us. Only negative might be lack of items for things like washing up in the kitchen, but otherwise all was really good

Interesting property in a good location

The old pottery is well equipped and was suitable to our party of three adults. Larger parties may find it a bit cramped. The location is good for the port and is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dives sur Mer where there are numerous boulangeries and other shops, And a very good market on Saturday morning. It's also a short walk to Houlgate and a longer one to Cabourg along the promenade. We never met our host Phillipe who communicated promptly to all messages. Our only feedback is to replace the salad spinner :-) We rarely return to the same property but would be happy to make an exception for this one. We had a very good stay.

Un WE réussi. Maison chaleureuse. On se sent presque à la maison et c’est très agréable. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse. Dommage. Merci aussi d’accepter les chiens. Cela rend les choses tellement plus faciles.

Domaine de La Colatine / Maison

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus für einen 14-tägigen Urlaub im Juli / August 2023 gemietet und sind mit 5 Personen und einem Hund angereist. Leider ist unsere Erfahrung durchweg enttäuschend und negativ welche wir hier gerne auf einer sachlichen Ebene teilen möchten. Vorab: zu dem Inhalt unserer Bewertung liegen selbstverständlich Fotos vor. - Das Haus ist feucht und riecht sehr unangenehm, Bettbezüge und Matratzen fühlen sich klamm an. - Der Boden des Hauses ist schräg bzw. schief, dies führte bei einigen Personen im Laufe des Tages zu leichtem Schwindel (nach der Eingangstür leichter Anstieg, ab Mitte des Hauses leichtes Gefälle). - Die Couch im Wohnbereich Erdgeschoss war verschmutzt, zur Nutzung haben wir ein von uns gekauftes Laken darübergelegt. - Die Spülschublade der Waschmaschine war sehr schmutzig. - Spülmaschine ebenfalls verschmutzt. - Einige Küchenutensilien bzw. Zubehör für Essen/Kochen sollten aufgrund des schlechten Zustands entsorgt werden. - Die Pfannen und der Topf sind unbrauchbar, da die Beschichtung stark beschädigt ist, gesundheitsschädlich. - Sämtliche Küchenutensilien mussten von uns zunächst gereinigt werden, da Flecken und ein Schmutzfilm vorhanden war. - Anzahl der Gläser zu gering für die vorgesehene Personenanzahl für die das Haus angeboten wird, wurde jedoch nach Aufforderung sofort aufgefüllt. - Eine Schublade aus der Küche ist beim Öffnen auseinandergefallen, wurde jedoch von dem Hausmeister zeitnah repariert. - Der Grill ist aufgrund der starke

Maison agréable avec un très joli jardin en étages, bien située (route en contrebas pas génante, vue dégagée mais pas vue mer). Conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Belle semaine en Normandie

Bel emplacement avec 2 places de parking! Idéal pour découvrir Cabourg et Houlgate à pied. Philippe, notre hôte très réactif par mail et téléphone, nous a donné de bons conseils pour découvrir la région et pour nos achats. Nos enfants et petits enfants ce sont bien amusés également.

Maison idéalement placée

Un week end (trop court) qui s'achève dans cette maison chaleureuse et accueillante. Parfait pour 8 personnes. Super confortable et appréciable d'avoir les lits faits à l'arrivée. Manque juste un peu de vaisselles. La maison est idéalement placée pour pouvoir se balader à pied entre Houlgate, Dives et Cabourg. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Une jolie petite maison bien entretenue et ideale pour une pause en famille. La maison est équipée pour les enfnats meme pour un bébé. Petit bemol négligeable : pas de volet à l'etage mais les fenêtres ont de petits rideaux ajustés. La maison est tres bien située pour visiter Cabourg, Houlgate et à 20mi de Beuvron-en-Auge; mais surtout à 3min à pied de la mer pour utiliser cerfs-volants avce les enfants. Urlaub mit Senioren und Hunden

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben alles so angetroffen, wie es im Inserat beschrieben wurde; es handelt sich um ein älteres Haus in der Nähe des Meeres. Es scheint aber in und an allen Objekten ( es gibt mehrere Häuser zu mieten) ständig etwas erneuert zu werden. Unsere Eltern 74 bis 91 Jahre als auch unsere 2 Hunde haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Avons passé 3 jours dans cette jolie maison normande au charme indéniable. Très confortable et décorée avec goût. Bien située pour visiter Dives (et le superbe petit village de Guillaume le Conquérant! mais aussi pour une balade sur le port et la plage); Houlgate, Cabourg, Villers, Trouville et Deauville. Séjour agréable en bord de mer

Maison agréable, situation pratique, on peut se rendre rapidement à pieds au centre-ville de Dives mais aussi de Houlgate et de Cabourg. Espace de verdure bienvenu autour de la maison avec des enfants (même en hiver).

Maison confortable et adaptée à des vacances en famille, très bien située, proche plages et centre ville. A savoir, terrain non clos pour ceux qui ont des animaux ce qui était notre cas et manque d’ustensiles pour cuisiner.
