“Older Hotel but in good condition and rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Gym is very out dated and could use an update but over experience was good.”

“Love that the resort was understanding of our need to arrive at a later date because of Transportation issues. Our condo was so comfortable, and the large screen and fireplace in the loft area were so nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish the restaurant had been opened… maybe next time.”

“The breakfast lady was awesome and did a great job. Checkin was great as well. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the water down and I called the front desk. 2 hours later we still hadn’t seen maintenance. I went to front desk and asked about our toilet being fixed, the lady said she didn’t think it was urgent. I said a toilet was important and we had to use the one in the lobby. Very unprofessional. About 5 minutes later, the plumber came in and had us working in about 2 minutes.”

“We were going to join the 10am bus tour at Dinosaur Park, so selected to stay at Brooks, which is the closest town with proper hotels. We have booked a King bed with sofa bed room and a double room at Ramada. Both rooms are nice, clean, with lot of space. Beds are comfortable. Hotel facilities are good enough to spend a good afternoon; ie. In-door swimming pool with a slide; spa and steam room; there is also an exercise room with several rather new GYM equipments. A lot of choices at……

“Comfortable room, free breakfast is always a plus, but parking is at a premium here especially if you have a large truck like I do. The night manager when I checked in had me park in the reserved spot which was very helpful.”

“For what it offers, the price seems a bit high in comparison to something like the Ramada just a short ways down the road. It is in a good location and the rooms are clean and the free breakfast is nice. The hot tub definitely needs later hours than 10pm though, plus they closed it early. ”

“A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days I stay, and I didn’t see anyone using the pool. You can smell the hotel hasn’t cleaned their carpet for long (luckily not sticky, just very old). They don’t have front desk staff sometimes. There are……
