「Cute place, amazing views, great location (although not sure there is a bad location in Waterton as it's so small). Restaurant was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Shower made a mess as door didn't seal but let them know and they cleaned up and gave fresh towels, I'm assuming they'll fix it. I loved having the walk out personally, we just soaked up the scenery.」

「The breakfast lady was awesome and did a great job. Checkin was great as well. Our toilet wouldn’t flush the water down and I called the front desk. 2 hours later we still hadn’t seen maintenance. I went to front desk and asked about our toilet being fixed, the lady said she didn’t think it was urgent. I said a toilet was important and we had to use the one in the lobby. Very unprofessional. About 5 minutes later, the plumber came in and had us working in about 2 minutes.」

「Our room had a bad smell, not fresh, and the pillows smelt bad, not clean, and i could smell body odor on them, so that was disappointing, The couch had stains in it :( i would guess body fluids! Did sit on it, wr stay in a suite. Thank you」

「The property was beautifully located and the rooms were great. They have issues with internet which caused problems on the tv and on our 2 rainy days that was a problem.」

「A very basic hotel with limited maintenance. The machine is gym is rust and not kept well. The swimming pool has excessive chlorine which is dangerous to health especially it is an indoor pool that the toxic gas cannot go anywhere. No lifeguard of course. I was the only user of the gym in the days I stay, and I didn’t see anyone using the pool. You can smell the hotel hasn’t cleaned their carpet for long (luckily not sticky, just very old).
