Unfortunately, one cannot feel safe here, not even to take the trash to the dumpsters. Noise is a constant nuisance and I have to resort to listening to white noise 24/7 or I will be subjected to the unwanted noises around. I recorded such unwanted noises on multiple occasions, so I have proof. The property's advertised free wi-fi is completely unreliable and it's signal is very, very weak. I have stayed in different units and I always find hair that does not correspond to my hair color or texture left in the trash cans under the plastic bags - those are never cleaned - and I find those foreign hairs in the bathtub too. It is disgusting. The hallways always have some strong, unpleasant odor albeit they differ from occasion to occasion. The elevator floors are almost always wet with some dripped weird substance or they look dirty - just take a look at the floor. The property is surrounded by trees. The scenery around is pleasant and should be conducive to a peaceful stay. However, the environment is neither pleasant nor peaceful and that is a shame.

The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back together; it was crooked. The metal bottom of the kitchen sink fell off when I was placing toiletries over the sink in the bathroom. The lighting fixtures were not functioning properly. Initially, the entire unit had a strong smell of disinfectant. Within one hour, it reeked of cigarette smoke.I am DEATHLY allergic and had warned management about it on multiple occasions. Contacting their headquarters did not make anything better. In the unit, things were not left clean. I found two frying pans in unacceptable condition in the kitchen. The mugs, plates and cutlery had to be washed before using. The floor of the elevator was always dirty with some dripped liquid. There were unwanted noises in the unit coming from all directions. I had to listen to white noise 24/7. The characters that showed up while I was moving out provided for a bad spectacle of epic proportions. It all felt extremely unsafe. Lastly, the property is not near the Carrefour, the best grocery store in the area.

Die Kochfelder der Küche waren zu klein, es haben nur zwei kleine Pfannen gleichzeitig platz. Die Auswahl der Küchenutensilien könnte mehr sein. Die Toilette hat gewackelt (Verankerung am Boden.) Sauberkeit, Austattung und Betten im Zimmer, waren gut.

Il y a 2 ans la piscine etait inaccessible pendrant tout le séjours et les logements devraient êtres rénovés ..mais il y avait 2 bornes électrique dans le garage. J'ai téléphoné avant de venir et on m'a dit qu'il étais impossible de reserver les bornes a l'avance. Arrivé dur place je demande pour les bornes et on m'annonce qu'elles n'existes plus .. il.y a un service de nettoyage des voitures a la place ..Les appartements sont toujours dans le même état tres vetustes et une moquette en état pitoyable ! Mais la piscine étais disponible ! Ascenseur avec des problèmes aussi ..

Le canapé lit était complètement cassé avec la mousse des assises apparente et tissu déchiré Plus de cache sur la prise électrique au dessus de la cuisinière et évier j’ai dû bricoler avec une multiprise pour la sécuriser La couette était plus petite que le lit Nous avons changé de chambre et la nouvelle surprise, pas de grille pain alors que c’était dans le descriptif Les portes de la chambre et salle de bain ne fermaient pas La chasse d’eau était cassée et ne marchait pas, j’ai dû la réparer tout seul Pour résumer, une résidence non entretenue et tout est bricolé, une catastrophe pour un séjour

Bien mais peut encore être plus au top.

L’appartement est très bien pensé avec les chambres en haut du duplex et une grande pièce à vivre. Le gérant a été très disponible et la communication facile. Quelques petits travaux ici ou là remettrait cet appartement au goût du jour et une cuisine plus richement équipée serait top.

Week-end tranquille mais structure vieillissante

J’ai réservé pour une chambre avec « vue sur le lac », mais il n’y avait plus aucune chambre disponible avec vue sur le lac. J’ai tout de même payé un léger supplément pour cela …. La structure est vieillissante, on a dû nous changer de chambre car nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude (ça peut arriver). Point positif: la tranquillité des lieux et le bon accueil dès notre arrivée.
