A view of the Daintree River meeting the Coral Sea or when the rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef. When I visited Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef the weather was awful, but my one day trip from Cairns to the Daintree rainforest was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful rainforest and a must if you are in the Queensland area. #daintreerainforest #rainforest #nationalpark #australia #cairns #queensland

Amazing place! Has everything you need except cellular service - but let’s be honest you don’t need that either. Host was great and had suggestions on things to see nearby. The on property swimming hole was so nice for a hot summer day. Visit the insect museum nearby if it is open.
