"We really enjoyed staying here. The front desk staff were very kind and professional. The cleanliness was great, as well. Most of the places we went to were about a 10-15 minute drive. Great stay! "
"Loved the town of St. George! We were going to Zion and it was only a short drive. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast buffet was the best ive been to! So many options it's crazy that it's free. Building was old but they keep it very clean. Would stay there again! "
"I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly overall. When I arrived, the front desk agent was on the phone. I completely understand the importance of helping the customer you’re already assisting, and I had no problem waiting.
The only part that felt awkward was that I stood there for quite a while without any acknowledgment, not even eye contact. Not from the agent or another employee who walked through the area. Maybe it’s the past life customer service manager in me, but I’ve always believed that a great guest experience starts with that first interaction, even if it’s just a quick smile or a “we’ll be right with you.”
That small gesture would’ve made all the difference. Everything else was great, and if that moment had been handled a bit differently, I would’ve gladly given a full five stars on service. I’m hoping the little bit of positive suggestion helps. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

"Staying at this location for the first time was what I expected from a My Place Hotel = excellent! The staff and the rooms are always the best, and my dog always is comfortable and safe. I hope someone will open more in So Cal where I used to live in Ventura County (hint hint) I visit family there often and it would be awesome to have one there.
