「Front desk staff when we checked in was less than accommodating and because I had booked through Expedia ( although cheaper than their discounted rate by 25-35 dollars) made us feel like second class citizens. I had previously supported and stayed at this hotel over 50-69 times over a ten year period. I will be looking for a more “accommodating” and warm reception from another hotel when I visit Walla Walla again.」

「Such welcoming staff and a very clean place to stay. We enjoyed the welcome booklet with information about the community and that it was up to date. We enjoyed discovering new things because of the information from the booklet. Such a nice surprise. The elevator needed a bit of maintenance done as some buttons were not working. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working and the a/c unit didn’t keep a constant temperature, but would work if we turned it off and then back on every few hours.」

「Such a beautiful property outside Walla Walla. Resort was very quiet, staff was friendly and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was made to order (from a menu selection) and was delicious. Room was cozy, but spacious and had fantastic views. It was chilly and rainy during our stay, but they had a lot of good amenities to use when the weather is more favorable, including a pool, bikes, and paddle boards on their pond. 「The guy who came late in the night to check us in was very nice. Great guy. However, I felt like I was staying in down town portland, I was scared to sleep in the he'd or walk around barefoot. There was a couple moving their belongings from one room across the parking lot to another room all night long. They were living at the motel. 「This is an older motel but very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was roomy. For the area it was very reasonable in price. The motel owners were very nice folks. Highly recommend.」
