「This was a really cute property nestled in the hills above Tremezzo. While I did not use the pool or tennis courts, they looked very nice and well maintained. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. All staff members were really nice and helpful. One thing that would have been nice would be a shuttle service to help people get around town, as the walk, while pleasant in the morning and when going downhill, became quite arduous in the afternoon. 「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. 「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on .
